1. Summary
Shopfluence offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing controls made available for your Shopfluence installation. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation stops the next renewal and does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already started.
2. Free Plan
The Shopfluence Free plan does not require a subscription payment. No refund is applicable to a free plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase. If Shopify processes the app charge, the charge will appear through Shopify’s billing system and may be subject to Shopify’s billing terms and procedures.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription before the next renewal date. After cancellation, access to paid features generally continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the applicable billing platform or plan terms state otherwise.
5. When We May Issue a Refund
Refunds are considered for circumstances such as duplicate charges, an incorrect charge caused by a billing error, or another exceptional circumstance approved by Shopfluence. Refunds are not normally provided for unused time in a billing period, failure to use the Services, or a decision to stop using the Services after a billing period has begun.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@getshopfluence.com with the Shopify store domain, the billing date, the plan, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send full payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive financial information.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved and the charge was processed by Shopify or another billing provider, the refund may be issued through that provider. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and the financial institution used for the original payment.
8. Changes
We may update this policy for future purchases or renewals. The version published on this page will show the current policy and “Last updated” date.
